Community Pumpkin Submission Form

Thanks for volunteering to donate a decorated pumpkin to SVCN's Be Our Guest luncheon! Your pumpkin will be entered into our contest and auction. We will acknowledge your donation by name – unless you choose to be anonymous.

Be Our Guest is on Friday, October 24 at 11:30am - 1:30pm at Excite Ballpark in San Jose. The Pumpkin Auction will launch the week of October 20.

🚫 SVCN will NOT accept carved pumpkins. We encourage painting or decorating real or fake pumpkins.🚫

Pumpkins must be photographed and submitted to this form by Thursday, October 23.

By submitting your pumpkin on this form, you agree to deliver your pumpkin to Mexican Heritage Plaza on October 22 or October 23 between 4pm - 6pm.

Proceeds from the Pumpkin Auction will support SVCN's work in supporting nonprofits in working to build thriving and equitable communities! Thanks again!
