Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits Scholarship Application

In line with our commitment to racial justice and equity, SVCN offers scholarships for both SVCN memberships and our learning and other programs to ensure organizations and individuals of all sizes and budgets can participate fully in our ecosystem.

We strive to accommodate all requests, particularly those from grassroots and resource-constrained organizations.

Why We Ask Equity and Lived Experience Questions
To advance SVCN's mission, values, and strategic framework, we work to ensure access to our programs and membership for those who would benefit most and who bring vital lived and professional perspectives to our network. To those ends, we offer need-based scholarships to our fee-based programming and nonprofit membership.

We recognize that nonprofits often serve communities facing systemic barriers like poverty, homelessness, and discrimination. To better understand how your background or your organization’s work aligns with these goals, we invite applicants to share information related to lived experience or organizational focus. This helps us allocate resources equitably and deepen the relevance and diversity of our programming and membership
